How Delivery Works

Our meals come in containers that are reheatable in the oven or microwave.

Frequently Asked Questions:

A: Yes — simply enter their delivery address at checkout. You pay online and we deliver directly to them every Thursday.

A: Not necessarily. If they have a safe place we can leave the meals, just add a note at checkout. Meals arrive frozen so they’ll keep safely for a short time.

A: We don’t currently cater for Gluten-Free, Vegan, Dairy-Free, or specific allergies. Our meals are traditional home-style cooking with standard ingredients.

A: Simply in the oven at 180°C for 20–35 minutes, or the microwave in 2–4 minutes. Very straightforward — no cooking required.

A: No. Order as often or as little as you like. There are no automatic charges or lock-in plans.

A: Contact us straight away and we’ll sort it out — exchange or credit at no cost to you.
